I’ve been receiving lots of emails ( thank you all !!!!) from many different  people & places and they are all asking me to post more about Miami Beach and places that I like and suggest. So, to start, I posted above “some of my favorites “that I  personally love. What I love in each place above ?? Here we go: @ the Lapis Spa I had a Hot Stones Massage body, scalp and face treatment, awesome !! @ Quattro Restaurant my favorites are : All Antipasti are very good and for Cena (dinner) I suggest Gnocchi Con Salsa Di Burrata Pugliese, Filetto del Giorno, Ravioli  Fontina. I normally  only eat the Primi piate which is the first course on the italian menu and usually is pasta or soup or I have the the Secondi ( second course) usually is meat or fish, I can’t have both in one dinner, at night I try to eat very little and no desserts sorry ! My friend always order for desserts the Monte Bianco the Castagne (Chestnut Mousse). Its hard to suggest @ Quattro, every time that I go there I try something different and its always excellent !! They open for lunch as well but I haven’t had luch, only dinner and don’t forget to make reservations, phone can be found on the site. @ Rokbar is fun, fun, fun !! Great music and environment !! Super cool & lots of local fashionistas. @ Bliss I haven’t  done any spa treatments but I use some products and my favorite is  Triple Oxygen+C Energizing Cream ( I will post more about Bliss products). @ Anthropologie its hard to find something that I will not like!  They have great collections always !! @ Pizza Rustica I suggest  any of the Veggies pizzas & Quattro Formaggi. I will keep posting more about my favorites places and more suggestions in Miami, I’ll try to do as often as possible and let me know by emails if any additional questions, I will be more than happy to answer to everyone !!   I hope you all enjoyed some of my suggestions.
